Q What are your hours of operation?

8AM to 6PM (Monday -Friday)

Q What do I need to open an account?

Q Do you sell to the public?

No, we sell business to business.

Q How do I receive pricing?

You must establish an account first. Once this is done, we will then assign a sales representative to your business who will sit down with you and create a list of products for you. At this point, he will show you pricing.

Q What zone areas do you cover for delivery?

State of Florida (Next Day Deliveries).

Q Do you export orders overseas?

Yes. We consolidate, and use a freight forwarder.

Q How can I schedule a delivery appointment?

Q How long will it take to receive my order?

In most areas, next day delivery.

Q Do you charge for delivery?

Yes. We charge $5.00 to cover gasoline/fuel costs, and delivery fee.

Q Can I fax in an order?

Q Why do you charge sales tax?

To be except from sales tax, you must present a tax exempt certificate.

Federal, state, county, and city governments; and qualified non-profit organizations, such as religious, charitable, scientific, educational, or veteran organizations (as defined in Section 212.08, Florida Statutes) do not have to pay sales tax when making certain purchases. If you believe your organization may qualify for an exemption, you must complete and submit an Application for Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-5).

Q Do you sell office supplies?

We sell copy paper, calculators, and adding machines.

Q Do you custom print items?

Yes. We can custom print a large variety of products (i.e. t-sacks, boxes, containers, and cups among others).

* Some manufacturer requirements may differ.

* Allow 4-6 weeks to receive order.
